Will you disrupt play on the day?
Minimal to none. We coordinate with your pro shop to avoid busy periods, and the drone is quiet enough that most golfers barely notice.
What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
We monitor conditions from 5 days out and contact you 48 hours in advance if weather is a concern. Rescheduling is always free — we'd rather wait for the right day than deliver footage that doesn't do your course justice. There's no cost to you for a reschedule.
How do we receive the files?
Within 48 hours of your shoot, you'll receive a private download link with all edited files — high-res stills, video, and social cuts — organised into folders and ready to use. Files are hosted for 30 days; we recommend downloading them promptly.
Can we use the footage however we like?
Yes — full commercial usage rights are included in every package. Use your content on your website, social media, email campaigns, printed collateral, and advertising with no restrictions and no ongoing fees.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend 2–3 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date. Spring and autumn shoots fill faster — if you're planning around a membership drive or tournament, book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
